The Parish Council is responsible for the Stracey Playing Field on Green Lane West, a 3 acre field with 2 maintained football pitches, a Pavilion and Multi-Purpose Sports Area. The pavilion and field are available for hire through the Parish Clerk. The MPSA has been opened for free public use, while the Parish Council considers the best use of this facility in the future.
The Council also maintains the Jubilee Park, near the school off Willoughby Way, which has a variety of play equipment for the use of young people from toddlers to teens.
